After nine months of walking together online, tending your inner landscape and remembering the leader you came here to be, we will gather for a five-day ceremonial immersion in the sacred Dragon Isles of Anglesey. This is where the teachings leave the screen and become lived. Held on some of the most ancient and powerful lands in Britain, we will cross the threshold together through ceremony, pilgrimage, devotion and embodied practice. We will walk the old pathways, visit ancient temples and sacred sites, deepen our relationship with the living Earth, and remember what it means to lead not from performance, but from presence. This is not simply a retreat - It is an initiation. Together we will weave everything you have cultivated throughout the previous nine months into your own authentic expression of feminine leadership. There will be opportunities to begin crafting your own ceremonial offerings, retreats and spaces in ways that are deeply aligned with your unique gifts, while receiving grounded guidance, reflection and support from the collective.
Perhaps most importantly, you will no longer walk alone. As you cross this threshold, you will become part of a lifelong ecosystem of women devoted to walking this path together. A community rooted in sacred reciprocity, humility and remembrance, where wisdom is shared, leadership is embodied, and each woman’s medicine strengthens the whole.
From this place, new collaborations, pilgrimages, retreats and offerings may naturally begin to emerge, held within a network of women who are committed to supporting one another in bringing this work into the world with integrity.
